BEDROOM 1: BRONZE ROOM

FEATURES: The Bronze Room is the first bedroom above the spiral staircase. It features an exquisite queen size French antique bed enlaid with parquartry wood panels and gold trims with matching amoire. A beautiful wood gilded mirror above the restored fireplace adds a richness to the room. There is a dark bronze cupid lamp affixed to the original ceiling rose. Matching bronzed cupid lamps are placed next to the beds. There are chairs and a small table for the comfort of writing/reading with bedside reading lamps. The colours of the room are in heritage colours with a blue ceiling and matching brown and blue freize.

Behind a discreet wood unit, there is a bar fridge, 55cm LCD t.v., d.v.d., kettle and tea/coffee making facilities.

A gas log fire provides a romantic ambiance during the winter months. The fire ignites effortlessly. In addition to this, the room boasts the luxury of a Split system heating/cooling unit.

Luxurious linen and an electric blanket provide comfort during the cooler months.

ENSUITE FACILITIES: The ensuite has a shower, period style fittings and vanity. The room is outfitted with heritage tiles on wall and floor and the fittings are in the Victorian theme.  A hairdryer and bathrobes are also supplied in this bathroom. A stained glass window gives character and the final touch to a charming room.
